The Superintendent of Schools serves as the Executive Officer for the Board of School Trustees. The Superintendent attends all meetings and participates in all deliberations of the Board, except when those deliberations involve her employment. The Superintendent is responsible for the development, supervision, finance and operations of all school programs and facilities, and for the development of the corporation’s administrative practices and protocols.   

The Superintendent's administrative staff includes an Assistant Superintendent for Pre-K-12 Learning,  a Director of Title & Special Student Programs, Director of Finance, Director of Food Services, Director of Health Services, Director of Support and Auxiliary Services, Director of Building and Grounds, Director of Transportation, and a Director of Instructional Technology & Data Analysis, Director of Innovative Learning. Each member of the administrative team has direct responsibilities and regularly updates the Board and the Superintendent concerning his/her specific area of expertise.
